Rte. 20 Association of NYS

Stewards of the Route 20 Scenic Byway, The Route 20 Association of NYS serves as Stewards of the New York Route 20 Scenic Byway – 108 miles of the Route 20 Scenic Byway from Duanesburg (Schenectady County) on the east to LaFayette (Onondaga County) on the west.. The Association is a membership organization offering membership to businesses and municipalities in the 6,500 square miles of the Route 20 Scenic Byway Corridor. As an all volunteer non-profit (501c(3)) organization our efforts are directed toward protecting, preserving, restoring and promoting history, agriculture, recreation and travel on this historic piece of Route 20 and in the communities in the surrounding corridor. Travel is encouraged no only ON route 20, but OFF Route 20 as well. A variety of 21 Scenic Tours, with specific directions, lead travelers to interesting destinations off Route 20 and back again. A robust website offers significant information on what to see, where to stay, where to dine, and where to shop along Route 20 and in the Corridor. In addition, the Association publishes an annual Route 20 Scenic Byway Travel Guide and Map which is distributed at all member locations and select other locations along Route 20.
