The Sharon Springs Chamber of Commerce and the Sharon Springs Free Public Library will be holding The Marketplace this year on the 2nd Saturdays, June 8th, July 13th, August 10th, and September 14th. The Marketplace is open to vendors to participate including local farmers, craftspeople and artisans, collectors selling antiques, fresh produce and herbs, baked goods and breads, pottery, fresh and dried flowers, and more. The Marketplace is held on the grounds of the Sharon Springs Public Library at 129 Main Street in Sharon Springs. Marketplace hours are 10 AM to 2 PM.

Vendors will be given a 12′ x 12′ spot to set up their tent.  Vendors must provide their own tents and tables.  Tents must be anchored.  Each 12′ x 12′ space is $80.00 for the season. Multiple spaces are available. Preference is given to season vendors. The charge to participate on a single Saturday is $25.00. Local non-profits are free.

Vendors who do not sell farm produce must have and show proof of a valid Sales Tax Permit.  The State randomly shows up at events and will ask for proof of your Sales Tax Permit. Second Saturday management has no liability or responsibility if you are audited and found not to have a valid permit. Food vendors must have the proper licenses and permits.
